Optilon signs significant license and project agreement with Holmen AB

The 9'th of December Optilon signed a significant deal with Iggesund Paperboard, Holmen AB, regarding Demand Planning, Production Planning, Inventory Planning and Master Planning. The new investment is part of Holmen's plan to implement a new way of planning their supply chain.

The deal with Holmen covers both licenses and implementation of APS applications iPlanner from inSync and ServiceOptimizer99+ from ToolsGroup. Please read about the deal and about the implementations in this article.

-      It is really great to get the opportunity to continue to work with Holmen since we know that they’re very competent within Planning & Optimization. That we get to take a holistic approach to Holmen’s planning in Iggesund is of course also very exciting. This way we can really find expression for our knowledge. Positioning this extensive project has already started, after that implementation projects will begin. All parts of the solution will be implemented in about a year.
